Tiếp theo, cho hỗn hợp bánh lên khay nướng có lót sẵn một lớp giấy nến, dàn đều rồi rải hạnh nhân cắt lát mỏng lên trên bánh.

Quết 1 lớp mứt mâm xôi lên bánh. Ở trên cùng, bạn có thể cho thêm 1 lớp hạnh nhân cắt lát nếu thích. Cho bánh vào lò, nướng khoảng 25 phút ở nhiệt độ 180 độ C.

Bánh chín, lấy bánh ra, cắt thành miếng vừa ăn. Cho bánh vào hộp, đậy kín nắp, bảo quản nơi thoáng mát và dùng dần.
